Chung-Ang University has 90 year-old tradition of providing the highest quality of education and conduction advanced research activities under the educational slogan of "Die in justice, Live in righteousness."

Chung-Ang University has grown with the modern history of our nation. More than two hundred thousand alumni contributed to democratization and industrialization of our nation. More than twenty five thousand students on the campus are trained for critical thinking and creative mind, in order to make their dream come true out in the world.

For the past 90 years, Chung-Ang University has produced not only intellectuals of "Justice and Righteousness," but also creative leaders who can lead new age of advanced technological society, yet maintaining our traditional culture. In addition, it has made contribution to our nation and society by producing new knowledge needed with the help of competent research man power. As usual, our libraries and research centers are lit late at night as bright as daytime.

Chung-Ang University is now aiming at becoming leading educationcal institutions in the world by the year of 2018. Its centennial year and has already set an innovative pace in internationalizing its campus. Grant Attracts Minorities to STEM Fields

The University of Texas at El Paso has received a five-year grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) for nearly $2.9 million. The “Science for a Sustainable Future: Developing the Next Generation of Diverse Scientists” award will provide fellowships to minority graduate students in NSF-supported disciplines such as science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). The doctoral students will build their science and teaching portfolios and bring their leading research findings into K-12 learning settings in an effort to inspire the next generation of scientists.
